RN - Employee Health
Burlington MA - DAYS (6a-4p), weekends as needed - 40 hours/week.
3-6 months
1-2 yrs outpatient exp required
Current BLS & MA License required.
Responsibilities: assist with Fall Flu Clinics, administering vaccines, taking health histories, flu clinic, EHR experience preferred, previous travel experience preferred, occupational health office experience preferred
Active MA license required at time of submissions
BILH Coversheet Required.

Flu vaccine required for new staff starting 9/2. Current staff will need to be vaccinated by 12/1. (declinations not accepted).
Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months
