CCHC Urgent Care | Full-Time | 36 Hours per Week
CCHC Urgent Care is hiring for a X-Ray Technologist who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)
- Clinic operates Sunday through Saturday
- Rotating weekends required
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Weekend shifts are shared on an alternating schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations following physician orders and established protocols.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment in accordance with safety standards.
- Follow radiation safety guidelines for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the electronic medical record (Epic).
- Assist with additional clinical duties as needed to support the Urgent Care team.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Current ARRT certification required.
- Current North Carolina radiologic licensure (or eligible to obtain).
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
