Salina Country Club is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities, grounds, and equipment to provide an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly

Maintain the landscaping and grounds, including mowing, trimming, and planting as needed

Handle general repairs and renovations of club buildings and facilities

Respond to maintenance requests from club management and members in a timely manner

Ensure all maintenance work complies with club policies and safety standards

Keep maintenance equipment and tools in good working condition, performing regular checks and maintenance as required
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques for buildings, grounds, and equipment

Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
