Job Summary
We are seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Assistant Teachers to join our team on a part-time basis. This flexible position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children and are looking for a few hours of meaningful work each day.
Assistant Teachers provide valuable support to our lead teachers and help ensure a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for our students. Shifts may include assisting during the morning arrival window, providing classroom support and teacher breaks throughout the day, or supervising and engaging children during our after-care program in the late afternoon. Opportunities may also be available to substitute or work additional hours as needed.
Responsibilities include helping with classroom routines, supervising children, assisting with transitions, maintaining a clean and organized learning environment, and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about early childhood education. Experience in a child-care setting is strongly preferred.
