Position Overview:
As a Project Lead, you will be at the forefront of our project execution, utilizing your exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver results. Your ability to lead projects with clarity, precision, and proactive planning will be crucial to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive projects to successful completion by establishing clear plans, managing risks, and maintaining open, effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-departmental teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, QA, Manufacturing) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans within Cogitic’s ERP system, including work orders, material requirements, and schedules.
- Facilitate Project Contract Reviews and stakeholder check-ins to ensure understanding and compliance with customer requirements.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving risks or roadblocks.
- Lead project meetings, document progress, and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster collaboration across teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organization and time management.
- 2+ years of project management experience, ideally within high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in ERP systems (ProShop preferred), production planning, and quality processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and risk management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, project management methodologies, and DoD contract compliance is a plus.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
