Responsibilities
- Apply lawn care and fertilization treatments using modern, state-of-the-art equipment
- Communicate with customers to address lawn care needs and provide excellent service
- Work independently outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Accurately complete service records and follow all safety guidelines
- Maintain company standards for professionalism and quality workmanship
Qualifications
- Must enjoy working outdoors and being physically active.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Minimum age requirement: 19 years old.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, DOT Physical and background check.
- Strong work ethic, independence, and customer service mindset.
