beBright is seeking an organized, detail-oriented RCM Implementation Specialist to support revenue cycle implementations, system conversions, and process improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training and Support
- Assist with training office and central support teams on new systems, workflows, and revenue cycle processes.
- Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and documentation.
- Provide ongoing support to practices during and after implementations.
Software Conversion and Implementation
- Support practice management system conversions, including system setup, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
- Assist with data migration, workflow configuration, and issue resolution during implementations.
- Help standardize implementation processes and documentation across practices.
Analytics and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain revenue cycle reports and KPI dashboards.
- Monitor implementation outcomes and identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
- Assist in tracking key metrics such as accounts receivable, collections, denials, and cash flow.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and communication with internal teams and practice locations.
- Track implementation milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting practice management systems or software implementations preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating documentation, reports, or training materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools preferred.
