Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Graphic Designer / Print Production / Marketing Representative to join our creative team. In this role, you will bring visual concepts to life through innovative design, manage print production processes, and support marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence. Your technical proficiency and artistic flair will be essential in delivering compelling visual solutions across various media.
Duties
- Draft Mock-ups of website designs, brochures, Iconography and any other marketing materials required.
- Collaborate with management to discuss which mockups are effective and use their feedback to develop final drafts.
- Revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for our brand materials.
- Work on multiple projects at once and consistently meet draft deadlines.
- Communicate with clients regularly and respectfully to update them on the progress of their project and to answer any questions they might have.
- Able to oversee daily printing operations, manage schedules, and maintain quality.
- Answer phones: respond to in-store customer inquiries; assist with our business presence and do outside sales and marketing as requested by management.
- Other duties as assigned by management or store owners.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing logo design, branding, digital art, layout design, and print materials
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and Adobe After Effects
- Technical skills in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress preferred
- Knowledge of print production processes including file preparation for print and color management techniques
- Strong understanding of typography design for media and digital platforms along with photo editing and photo manipulation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with presentation abilities to articulate concepts clearly to clients and team members
