Job Title: Sheet Metal Worker
Shift: Swing Shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM)

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker with 3–5 years of fabrication experience to join our Swing Shift team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Timesaver equipment, deburring, bending/forming sheet metal, and performing general metal shop fabrication duties. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, maintain quality standards, and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate Timesaver machines to finish, sand, and prepare sheet metal components.
- Perform deburring operations using hand tools, grinders, and other finishing equipment.
- Set up and operate press brakes and bending equipment to form sheet metal parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
- Perform miscellaneous fabrication duties including cutting, drilling, grinding, assembly, and material handling.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in other production and fabrication activities as needed.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of sheet metal fabrication experience.
- Experience with Timesaver, deburring, and press brake operations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and quality standards.
- Experience using measuring and inspection tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
- Welding, assembly, or metal finishing experience.
- Forklift certification or experience.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and metal dust.
Schedule
Swing Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications, plus shift differential if applicable.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
