Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, process orders, and update inventory records accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and attention to detail
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean workspace to optimize warehouse flow
- Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation
- Utilize basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order picking and packing processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution operations is a plus
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, or order pickers is highly desirable
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Ability to load & unload shipments safely using appropriate equipment
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
