Deer Creek Coffee is a growing coffee shop/cafe in Ladue! We are currently looking for new members of our front-of-house/barista team to grow with us going forward. Typical shifts are 5:30 am-1 pm, 7 am-2 pm, 12 pm-6:30 pm. Part-time and full-time positions available; we are particularly interested in those with morning availability. We also currently have management opportunities available for those who are looking for full-time. Tips are paid every two weeks in cash and are typically $4-$6 extra per hour, so most make between $16/hour and $18/hour with tips factored in. Health insurance and paid time off are also available to those hired for full-time positions.
*Job Overview
- Each member of our front-of-house team is trained in all areas of our cafe. You will be trained on the bar to make a variety of specialty coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, etc. Front-of-house team members are also expected to master the point-of-sale system used to ring out customers. Other tasks include bringing food to tables, restocking, cleaning front-of-house, etc. We believe in being flexible and working together to get the job done; as such, you may also be required to help with dishes and bus. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Pay is negotiable, depending on level of experience.
