Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join the TapNPaddles team as a Dishwasher/Busser. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dining areas. You will also assist the servers by busing tables and supporting the overall flow of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed.
- Bus and reset tables in a timely manner.
- Restock supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in kitchen or restaurant settings is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
