About the Role
Are you a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for hospitality? We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Coordinator to serve as the operational heartbeat of our maintenance department. In this role, you will streamline daily field workflows, work with an experienced team and ensure our properties remain top-tier for guests and homeowners alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Daily Operations: Organize, schedule, and assign incoming work orders to maintenance technicians for prompt completion.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for external contractors and vendors—soliciting estimates, issuing work, and tracking project progress.
- Proactive Upkeep: Manage preventative maintenance schedules to catch potential issues early and minimize guest downtime.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and friendly communication across property owners, guests, internal technicians, and vendors.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company safety guidelines and regional regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years (Not Required) in vacation rental management, property management, or a fast-paced service industry preferred. Will train a candidate with a can-do attitude, great work ethic and willingness to learn!
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating Microsoft office, property management systems, and communication tools across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Soft Skills: High-energy, positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-Oriented & Reliable: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks under changing demands, and strictly meet operational deadlines.
- Driver Requirements: Must hold a valid North Carolina Driver’s License (Required).
