Glacier Optical is seeking an experienced Optical Manager to join our growing team.
We are a high-quality optical focused on exceptional patient care, advanced lens technology,
premium eyewear, and personalized service. We are looking for a motivated leader passionate
about optics, team development, and patient experience.
This is not a “big box” optical environment. We pride ourselves on quality, education, and
attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will:
- MUST have previous optical management experience
- Be knowledgeable in lenses, frame styling, insurance workflows, troubleshooting
- MUST be ABO certified
prescriptions, and lab work
- Lead with strong sales and patient service skills
- Coach and motivate a team
- Be organized, dependable, and detail oriented
- Have experience with high-end eyewear preferred
Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily optical operations
- Supporting and developing team members
- Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
- Troubleshooting prescription issues and remakes
- Communicating with optical labs
- Overseeing workflow and patient experience
- Helping drive sales and capture rate
