We're looking for an experienced trim installer for a 3-day interior finish job. The work involves installing baseboard and door casing trim throughout the inside of a house using our patent-pending, factory-prepainted trim installation system — a streamlined approach that reduces on-site filling, sanding, and painting compared to traditional trim work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing baseboard trim throughout the interior of a residential home
- Installing door casing trim around interior door frames
- Working with a proprietary, factory-prepainted trim system (training on the system provided on-site)
- Ensuring clean, tight-fitting joints and professional finish work
- Coordinating cuts, corners, and transitions for a polished final result
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience installing baseboard and door casing trim (finish carpentry background preferred)
- Comfortable working with precision hand and power tools (miter saw, nail gun, coping saw, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail — clean lines, tight miters, minimal filler needed
- Ability to work efficiently and complete the job within a 3-day window
- Own basic tools; larger equipment may be provided
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or alongside a small crew
Nice to Have
- Experience with prefinished or prepainted trim products
- Familiarity with modern trim installation systems or proprietary building products

- Duration: 3 days
- Pay: Hourly, paid at completion of job (or per your usual schedule)
- Tools: Basic interior trim installation tools. Nail gun, chop saw and compressor will be on-site.
