Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $130,000 to $160,000 per year.
Manage the financial administration of real estate development projects, ensuring funding activities, documentation, and project milestones remain on track.
Coordinate financing activities, including lender requests, capital contributions, payment processing, and project disbursements.
Monitor project budgets, analyze variances, and support financial reporting related to development activities.
Review contracts, financing agreements, and project documentation to ensure compliance with financial and operational requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support project execution, reporting obligations, and special initiatives.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in real estate finance, development accounting, project finance, or a related area.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
Previous experience reviewing financial models, project budgets, and transaction related documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships within a fast paced environment.
Prior experience with affordable housing, tax credit financing, development projects, or real estate investment structures.
Familiarity with construction finance processes, project funding requirements, and development related documentation.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial information and recommend practical solutions.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities with experience working alongside lenders, investors, consultants, and business partners.
Highly organized, detail oriented, and self motivated professional with strong judgment, initiative, and follow through.
