You arrive ready to turn drawings into reality. With blueprints in hand, you plan your fit-up, choose the right process—MIG or TIG—and weld small, precision weldments and custom details to spec. You confirm tolerances, double-check your fit, and keep projects moving. When fabrication slows, you jump into mechanical build tasks, lending a hand to keep the larger assembly effort on schedule.

Produce high-quality weldments and custom details directly from drawings and specifications

Perform expert fit-up prior to MIG and TIG welding

Support mechanical build activities when workload is light

Contribute to a reliable, team-first culture with strong attendance and a positive attitude

Hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience

Proven background as a Fitter

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Capability to bend/squat, and lift/carry 60 lbs.

Team player who is dependable and ready to Start ASAP
