About the Role:
Euro Cars Southend in Charlotte, NC is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our passionate automotive team! This is an exciting opportunity to work on premium European vehicles in a fast-paced, professional environment where your expertise is truly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on European make vehicles
- Conduct multi-point inspections and accurately document findings
- Execute oil changes, brake services, suspension repairs, and other routine maintenance
- Diagnose and repair electrical, engine, and drivetrain issues using industry tools
- Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to service advisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay at all times
- Stay current with OEM technical service bulletins and manufacturer updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with European vehicles
- ASE certification(s) preferred or actively working toward certification
- Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and shop management software
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, engines, and mechanical components
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, high-volume shop environment
- Own a basic set of professional hand tools
