About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the movement, storage, and accuracy of materials in and out of our warehouse. From loading and unloading with a forklift, to labeling and tracking inventory in our ERP system, your attention to detail and commitment to safety will directly support production and customer satisfaction.
This is a physically active, fast-paced role that requires good judgment, strong organizational habits, and the ability to operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely move products

Load and unload materials for inbound and outbound shipments

Inspect trailers and product before shipping or storage, ensuring quality and compliance

Use ERP system (Floor version) to label output and report product movement

Verify product tags and match physical inventory to BOLs, packaging slips, and other documentation

Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations

Assist with manual and automated processes as needed to keep operations flowing

Support inventory management activities including cycle counts and year-end inventory

Perform housekeeping and follow GMP and safety standards at all times

Participate in training to improve job performance, safety, and compliance

Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED required
-
Experience in warehouse or inventory control preferred
-
Forklift operation experience and safety record strongly preferred
-
Previous exposure to food manufacturing or lot-controlled environments a plus

Solid math, communication, and basic computer skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-moving warehouse environment

Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, climb, and work in hot, cold, or humid conditions
