Pay: $45,000–$55,000 per year (DOE)
Location: Springdale, AR
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Springdale Skilled Division team. This role plays a key part in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates within skilled trades and industrial environments. The Recruiter will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure hiring needs are met while maintaining high recruiting and service standards.
This is a great opportunity for a Recruiter with prior staffing agency experience who is ready to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience (required)
- Staffing agency experience, especially in skilled trades or industrial staffing (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities efficiently
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Team-focused with a willingness to learn and support others
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and place candidates for skilled trades and industrial positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Match candidate skills to current and upcoming job opportunities
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and manage job postings in the ATS
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, background checks, and drug screenings
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance
- Support client relationships by responding to staffing needs and feedback
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach
- Stay informed on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to meet staffing goals
