Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Center Manager to lead our sales operations and drive growth within our automotive dealership network. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective coaching and performance management
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) automotive sales channels
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting cold calls and outbound outreach to deal closing and upselling high-value vehicles
- Cultivate strong relationships with dealership clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, monitor sales activities, analyze data, and optimize outreach strategies
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Oversee inventory management related to passenger cars, ensuring optimal stock levels for high-end sales opportunities
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in public speaking engagements and promotional events to enhance brand visibility
- Provide ongoing training on phone etiquette, communication skills, retail math, and automotive industry sales techniques to the team
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive or retail sales management with a focus on high-end or passenger car sales
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, deal closing, and upselling within a dealership or similar environment
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and familiarity with inventory control software
- Experience managing a sales team with a focus on outbound calling, cold calling, and lead generation strategies
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards including inventory management, retail math, and dealership operations
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive client interactions
- Public speaking experience is a plus for representing the company at events or community outreach programs
