Patient Experience & Community Relations Coordinator
Starting at $18.00 per hour | No weekends | Growth and bonus opportunities
Help People Change Their Lives—Starting the Moment They Walk Through Our Doors
At One Life Chiropractic, we are not looking for someone to simply answer phones and schedule appointments.
We are looking for a relationship builder.
The right person naturally connects with people, remembers the details that matter, and makes patients feel genuinely known, valued, and cared for. They understand that trust is built through hundreds of small interactions—and that those relationships can change the trajectory of a person’s health.
One Life Chiropractic is not a typical chiropractic office. We help people optimize their health through specialized upper cervical chiropractic care, functional nutrition, advanced diagnostics, movement therapies, and personalized wellness programs.
Our mission is to help patients heal from the inside out—not simply manage symptoms.
The Role
As our Patient Experience & Community Relations Coordinator, you will be the first and last person patients interact with during each visit.
You will help create an environment where patients feel welcomed, supported, educated, and excited about their progress. You will also help strengthen relationships with patients, community members, local businesses, and referral partners.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly social, organized, dependable, self-directed, and motivated to produce results.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every patient with warmth, energy, and professionalism
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with patients
- Help patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for
- Answer phones and respond confidently to patient questions
- Schedule appointments and coordinate provider schedules
- Follow up with patients and help keep them engaged in their care
- Verify insurance benefits and collect payments
- Discuss financial information professionally and confidently
- Assist patients with paperwork, onboarding, and next steps
- Help educate patients about recommended services and wellness programs
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Keep the office organized and operating efficiently
- Assist with social media content and online engagement
- Support community outreach, promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
- Help develop relationships with local businesses and community partners
- Work closely with the clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate has strong relationship capital.
You are someone who can quickly connect with others, maintain friendships and professional relationships, and make people feel important without being fake or overly scripted.
You are also:
- Friendly, confident, positive, and highly social
- Exceptionally attentive to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Self-directed and able to see what needs to be done
- Highly organized and comfortable multitasking
- Coachable and eager to improve
- A strong communicator in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Comfortable discussing finances and collecting payments
- Motivated by goals, performance, and bonus opportunities
- Proficient with computers, email, and scheduling software
- Comfortable creating and engaging with social media content
- Passionate about helping people improve their health

- Experience with scheduling software or electronic medical records
- Experience with social media, marketing, or community outreach
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and online software
- High school diploma or equivalent
Healthcare experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with people.
