We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using technical drawings and schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to facilitate precise repairs.
- Repair, adjust/align and test industrial machinery and mechanical equipment using hand and power tools and various test equipment; to include, but not limited to, bearings, fans, cylinders (pneumatic and hydraulic), valves, belts, seals, fasteners, drives, gearboxes, pumps, control boards, drive motors, conveyor systems, and electrical connection, drives and motors.
- Operate industrial machinery such as scissor lifts and other elevated platforms safely to access equipment for maintenance or repairs.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime while maintaining safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations industrial mechanics.
Qualifications
- Proven environment.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent for troubleshooting complex machinery issues efficiently.
- Strong experience in hydraulics is considered an asset.
- Strong customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams.
- Proficiency in English communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.
