Principal Duties:

Clean and sanitize all workstations utilizing appropriate techniques

Set up sinks according to HAACP and department policies

Put away deliveries in appropriate areas in a timely manner

Properly date all food in designated areas. Follow proper dating, temperature adherence and food safety
procedures.

Pull and empty trash containers throughout the shift

Distributes supplies, utensils, and equipment needed by kitchen staff
-
Maintain all coolers and walk-ins for cleanliness and organization of products
-
Make sure all recycling vessels are utilized correctly, and dumpster area maintained according to
department guidelines

Set all sanitizer and soap buckets on workstations throughout kitchen
-
Proper use of automatic chemical dispenser to obtain cleaning products for kitchen and retain areas
Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements

Performs other duties and functions as assigned
Work Experience
-
1-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.

Preferred: High School Diploma/GED
