Position: Guest Service Representative (GSR) / Night Service Representative (NSR)
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Pay: $17–$20 per hour
About the Role
Studio 6 Extended Stay Rochester Henrietta NY is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Guest Service Representative (GSR) / Night Service Representative (NSR) to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling front-desk operations, and ensuring a smooth experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests.
- Respond to guest questions and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest and reservation records.
- Monitor guest balances and follow up on pending payments.
- Handle front-desk calls and other daily hotel operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-desk area.
- For NSR shifts, monitor the property and complete overnight tasks and reports.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and hotel standards.
Requirements
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
- Ability to handle payments and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays for NSR.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
