Senior Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager Trainee

Andrew’s Lawn and Snow has been in business since 2019 and has grown into one of the largest residential snow removal and lawn care companies in the United States. We currently operate across multiple states and serve thousands of residential customers for snow removal, lawn care, and seasonal add-on services.
We are looking for a highly organized, experienced, and leadership-minded individual to join our operations team as a Senior Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager Trainee. This is a higher-level operations role designed for someone who can help manage daily operations, coordinate field workers, solve problems under pressure, improve systems, and potentially grow into an Operations Manager position.
This is not a basic administrative position. The right candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, especially during snow events, when operations must be coordinated overnight and in real time.

Responsibilities
- Help oversee daily operational functions for snow removal, lawn care, and seasonal services
- Coordinate with operations coordinators, field workers, contractors, sales staff, and management
- Assist with high-volume recruiting, onboarding, and communication with field operators
- Help build and maintain efficient routes, schedules, and service plans
- Monitor service completion, customer issues, operator reliability, and operational performance
- Identify problems quickly and help resolve them before they escalate
- Communicate clearly with customers, operators, and internal team members
- Help create and improve operational systems, checklists, training guides, and procedures
- Track performance, attendance, route completion, operator issues, and other key metrics
- Work directly with management to improve efficiency, accountability, and service quality
- Support overnight snow operations during snowfall events
- Help train, monitor, and hold entry-level operations staff and field workers accountable
- Assist with reporting, documentation, process improvement, and office management tasks
Requirements
- Must be proficient in both English and Spanish
- Minimum 4 year College Degree Required
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, dispatching, field service, construction, landscaping, transportation, or a related management role preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn software systems quickly
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through
- Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think several steps ahead
- Comfortable holding people accountable and enforcing company standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and overnight shifts during snow events
- Must be able to work full-time in person from our Minneapolis office
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who is bilingual, organized, mature, and serious about building a long-term career in operations management. We are looking for someone who can start by learning our systems and helping coordinate daily operations, but who has the ability to grow into a larger leadership role as the company continues expanding.
This role is best suited for someone who has experience managing people, coordinating field work, solving logistical problems, and operating well under pressure.
Compensation and Growth Opportunity
Starting pay is $75,000
This role has a clear opportunity to grow into a true Operations Manager position for the right person. Compensation and responsibilities can increase based on performance, leadership ability, reliability, and operational results.
Schedule
- Full-time
- 8-hour and 12-hour shifts as needed
- Night shifts and overnight shifts required during snow events
- Weekends as needed
- In-person position only
