Position Title: Brand Ambassador – App Testing Specialist
Pay: Starting at $30/hour + performance-based commission opportunities
About the Role
We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are comfortable with smartphones and enjoy helping others. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll assist customers with downloading, setting up, and navigating mobile apps while providing a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities
- Guide users through downloading and setting up mobile applications
- Educate customers on app features and functionality
- Troubleshoot basic smartphone and app-related issues
- Walk customers through account creation and verification processes
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers
- Meet performance goals and quality standards
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong knowledge of smartphones (iPhone and Android)
- Comfortable downloading, installing, and navigating mobile apps
- Ability to clearly explain technology to others
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Goal-oriented and eager to maximize earning potential
Preferred Qualifications
- Has never used betting apps or has only used one or two betting apps
- Experience in customer service, sales, promotions, or brand ambassador work
- Comfortable working independently and engaging with the public
- Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
