We’re expanding our sales team and looking for dependable, goal-oriented professionals to join our sales team.
This is an inbound sales position — customers contact us directly. No cold calling. Your role is to build trust, understand the customer’s situation, confidently present options, and guide them through the enrollment process.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding home protection coverage
- Build rapport and create a professional customer experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate options
- Confidently address questions and concerns during the sales process
- Follow up and maintain accurate records
- Consistently work toward individual and team goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence speaking with customers and guiding conversations
- Comfortable handling objections and responding thoughtfully to concerns
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Goal-oriented with a desire to maximize earnings
- Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
- Sales, retention, collections, call center, insurance, home services, or warranty experience is a plus
- Ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment
