Primary work schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am-4:30 pm with 30-minute lunch.
Types of rolling experience:
- Profile Rolling: Angle Rolling (leg in and leg out), Pipe Rolling, Square and Rectangular Tubes, Flat Bar (Hard Way and Easy Way), Small I-beams, and Small Channels (leg in, leg out, and hard way to the web)
- Plate Rolling: Rolling Cylinders and partial cylinders from gauge material through ½” plate.
- Materials: Carbon Steel, Stainless, Nickel Alloys, and Aluminum
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Perform a wide range of profile rolling for various projects.
- Experience with Roundo CNC profile rolls a plus
- Experience rolling pipe coils is a plus
- Review layouts, blueprints, diagrams, work orders, or oral instructions in preparation for cutting, rolling, and trimming
- Cut, roll, trim, and measure rolled components per drawings or specifications for correct fit
Employees must:
- Be flexible – open to working overtime and weekends if necessary
- Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently
- Be extremely safety conscious and wear safety protection equipment (PPE)
- Able to safely lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Possess the ability to identify process issues and offer solutions
- Communicate verbally and in writing
- Must be team-focused

Pay: $27.00 - $32.52 per hour
