Providing Level 2/3 support on AWS Public Cloud; Working on the Containers/VMWare; Understand businessrequirements for planningand providing functionalityand convert into system leveltechnical design with in-depth understanding of endclient needs using scheduling application;Perform data analysis asneeded to support businessrequirements and processchanges; Working on the Operating System platform such as RedHat Linux or Windows;Responsible to work within aproject team to understandcurrent state, documentcurrent processes, documentuser requirements, anddocument process flows.Knowledge of formal requirement gathering; Working with ITIL framework;Collaborate with projectteam to ensure standards andquality checks for gathered requirements;Create test plans andcoordinate testing within theteam and business group;
Tools: SQL, Linux, VMWare,VPC, VPN,• Cloud-based environment: Amazon Web Services (EC2, ELB, S3, IAM, RDS, Route),• Container/Stacks - AWS EMR, and ECS with ECR.
Qualification
Required a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or its equivalent experience.
