We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing outpatient practice. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an individual who is dependable, eager to learn, and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays
- Multiple locations throughout Long Island
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between offices
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Urgent Care or Primary Care setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable assisting providers and communicating with patients over the phone
- Proficient in performing phlebotomy
- Professional, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Seeking a stable, long-term career opportunity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) is a plus
- Candidates without PFT experience are encouraged to apply, as learning PFT is a mandatory part of training
