We are hiring a motivated real estate professional to handle showings and leasing for a growing portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties.

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct residential and commercial property showings
- Lease units efficiently and professionally
- Communicate with applicants throughout the leasing process
- Coordinate move-ins and required documentation
- Work closely with operations and maintenance to ensure units are show-ready
- Maintain basic leasing tracking and follow-ups

- Ability to assist with additional leasing or operational tasks
