Responsibilities include:
-Leading and motivating the deli team
-Maintaining High standards in food quality, freshness, and presentation
-Managing ordering, inventory, and shrink control
-Providing outstanding customer service
-Ensuring department cleanliness and food safety compliance
-Training and developing team members
