Job Overview
Gardenwild Fine Carden Care is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gardener to help care for beautiful residential flower gardens throughout the growing season. This role focuses on fine garden maintenance — including weeding, pruning, deadheading, planting, and general garden care — to keep client gardens healthy, abundant, and visually stunning.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, is a strong hard worker, has an eye for detail and can move quickly.
Our team works closely together and independently to maintain thoughtfully designed gardens filled with perennials, annuals, and seasonal blooms.

Responsibilities
- Immaculately maintain home gardens.
- Plant, prune, water, fertilize, and care for a wide variety of plants, shrubs, trees, and flowers to ensure optimal growth and health
- Operate hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and hoes with precision and safety
- Maintain a happy, friendly and positive demeanor with every customer.
Experience
- Will train the right candidate who has a fabulous work ethic and a positive, growth minded attitude.
This is a seasonal position running approximately June 15 through October (depending on our weather), with opportunities for returning seasonal work and growth into leadership roles for the right candidate.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
