We are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented self-starter to join our small team in a high-accuracy fulfillment role. This position handles customer orders ranging from small parcel shipments to large freight, where mistakes are costly and attention to detail is critical. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things right, not just fast.
Duties
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders. Print and verify packing slips and shipping labels. Prepare parcel and freight shipments (including palletizing). Verify quantities, weights, and order details prior to shipment Inventory.
Processing & Management
Receive, sort, and count incoming inventory from vendors. Clean, inspect, and prep parts and kits for quality control.
Requirements Conditions of employment
Must work on site at our facility. Pre-package kits and maintain organized inventory storage. Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
Shop & Operations Support
General cleaning and organization. Metal prep and light shop assistance. Run shop errands using company vehicle as needed. Support Sales & Operations Supervisor with inventory-related tasks. Customer Service (as needed). Answer phones and take accurate call notes . Must learn the HC&D e-commerce platform (Shopify) . Proficient with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email etc.) . Reliable transportation to and from work. Valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
Must work on-site at our facility. High attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable handling responsibility in a small-team environment. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Basic computer skills (Shopify, Word, Excel, email, etc.). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (larger items moved with equipment).

Additional Information
Pay: $17-21/hr. based on experience Schedule: Full-time, consistent weekday hours
Preferred Qualifications: Inventory, fulfillment, or shipping experience. Freight / pallet / BOL experience a plus. Comfortable working independently without constant supervision. Familiarity with basic power tools.
