MAINTENANCE TECH QUALIFICATIONS
- Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Minimum 1-3 years of prior maintenance experience in multi-family residential community.
- Moderate knowledge of the repair and maintenance of household appliances, plumbing and electrical.
- Operate and own basic hand tools and power tools such as a drill, saw, circular saw, plumbing hand tools, screwdriver set.
- Must be able to perform in this role while twisting, turning, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and lifting objects weighing 50 lbs or more regularly.
- Valid Driver's License.
