Duties
- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, extensions, and special occasion styles.
- Utilize salon software like Acuity to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sterilizing equipment, and adhering to health regulations.
- Provide personalized consultations on color theory, hair care routines, and product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing bookings, and upselling retail products such as hair tools or skincare items.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
