Carbone's Prime is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic server/bartender to join our team and provide an excellent guest drinking experience in a high volume, fast paced environment. Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding the needs and expectations of guests. Compensation includes hourly wage and tips.
This position is Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights with 1 to 2 lunch shifts. There is opportunity for more hours and growth within the company for right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks in a high volume setting
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Extensive craft beer, wine and spirit knowledge
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations- TIPS certified a plus
Requirements
- 5+ working experience years as a high volume bartender
- Strong server skills
- Excellent knowledge of wine, beer, mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Flexible schedule with availability on nights and weekends
