The Front Desk Associate is a spotlight role, serving as the first point of contact for our members and guests. Responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our members and guests from the moment they enter the club. A positive and professional approach must be maintained at all times. This role is also responsible for driving front desk operations, promoting all club offerings, amenities, and current membership promotions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Learn and consistently use member names when greeting, assisting, or providing support.
· Ensure all required documentation (waivers, membership agreements, and guest information) are completed accurately and on file.
· Ensure a valid payment method is on file, and accounts are current upon member check-in.
· Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and communicate inquiries to management in a timely manner.
· Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
· Educate prospective members on available membership options, club amenities, and programming available.
· Coordinate with club personnel or directly provide club tours to prospective members.
· Identify opportunities during check-in process to enhance member experience through current club promotions and offerings.
· Monitor POS and report club policy violations to management.
· Proper check-in procedures and verification of promotional redemptions are followed in accordance with club policy.
· Ensure proactive communication with other club personnel to support operations is maintained at all times.
· Stay current with scheduled daily club activities and programming.
· Assist management and other club personnel with operational tasks during slower periods to support overall club operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
· High level of professionalism and excellent communication skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Strong adherence to club policies and procedures.
· Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, and technology.
· Previous guest service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
