Crown Staffing is currently seeking experienced Aluminum TIG Welders to fill openings with a local Manufacturing company in Riverside, MO.
Aluminum TIG Welder – Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on aluminum and other metals to meet production and customer quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
- Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect welds for structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and appearance.
- Support fabrication, assembly, and repair of automotive or manufacturing components.
- Maintain weld records, setup documentation, and quality inspections.
- Follow company safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with TIG welding aluminum materials.
- Strong understanding of welding metallurgy and welding procedures.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Knowledge of GD&T and quality standards is helpful.
- AWS certification may be preferred or required.
- Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Typical Physical & Work Requirements:
- Standing for long periods in a manufacturing environment.
- Lifting materials and working around welding equipment.
- Use of PPE including welding helmets, gloves, and protective clothing.
Common Preferred Experience:
- Automotive manufacturing or precision fabrication background.
- Experience with MIG welding and robotic welding systems.
- Familiarity with stainless steel and thin-gauge materials.
