What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment
-
Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems
-
Complete both in-shop and field service work

Accurately document all diagnostics and repairs
-
Manage billable time and assigned work orders

Support customer clinics and education events
-
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace
-
Stay current on John Deere and competitive equipment
What You Bring
-
Experience diagnosing and repairing ag, turf, or heavy equipment
-
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills
-
Familiar with diagnostic tools and computer-based systems (Service ADVISOR a plus)

Ability to work independently and on a team
-
Own tools and ability to handle physical job demands

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus)
