Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our hotel rooms, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; dust furniture, and sanitize bathrooms.
- Replace bed linens and towels in rooms.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are clean by the end of the shift.
- Follow hotel security and guest privacy guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality service to guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
