ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Known for our exceptional food, welcoming atmosphere, and commitment to quality, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our team into the next chapter of success.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- Assist in implementing marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Ensure a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a team
- Solid understanding of cost control, scheduling, and operational procedures
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
