CASEWV, Inc. is accepting applications for Regional Care Coordinator (RCC) for the Right From the Start (RFTS) Program which serves Medicaid-eligible pregnant and postpartum women throughout southeastern West Virginia. This position is located in Bluefield, WV (serving Region 1: McDowell, Mercer, Monroe, Raleigh, Summers, and Wyoming counties).
Applicants must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN or a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a bachelor degree, be experience with high-level administrative tasks, and have a deep understanding of the local community and outreach opportunities. Established relationships with OBGYNs, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers preferred.
The position will supervise office personnel, recruit and provide training and technical assistance to new Designated Care Coordinators (DCCs) and agencies, attend required meetings, and oversee the RFTS data system at the regional level.
This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits including shared-cost health insurance and retirement plan
Must be able to submit to a state and national background check; also, provide a satisfactory state driving record check.
