Firehouse Subs is a U.S.-based, fast casual restaurant chain founded in 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida by former firefighter brothers Chris Sorensen and Robin Sorensen. Firehouse Subs has opened over 1,180 restaurants in 46 states as well as Puerto Rico, Canada and non-traditional locations. We are looking for the next ROCK STAR for our local Firehouse Subs® Restaurant! A Team Member must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Subs. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people.
- As the Crew Member, you will: Ensure you follow all local, state and federal regulations, health regulations, and any other appropriate regulations required for the legal operation of the business.
- Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs® Policies and Procedures.
- Must be a self-motivated individual willing to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs® “culture” of a cheerful and fun work environment and Firehouse Subs® beliefs and values to adhere to and grow the mission and vision.
- Must be willing and able to stand long periods of time to perform job functions.
- Must possess a positive can-do attitude and good customer service.
- Be accountable for the continuous training and development.· Represent Firehouse Subs® in a professional, positive manner always.

- Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
- Communicate e7ectively with the Management team all the issues that may impact the business.
- Must be able to operate the cash register and handle cash transactions, while adhering to all cash handling policies.
- Must have a flexible schedule - able to work, days, evenings, and weekends.
- Must be willing to perform any other duties assigned by the Management Team.
- Additional Requirements: Must be 18+ years old and available to work all shifts.
- Computer skills, including some Microsoft software and cash register skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and kneel through-out assigned shift
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be willing to use deli equipment (meat slicer, knives, chopper, etc.)
- Clean store, small wares, and merchandise
- ** Pay rate is based on experience in the industry, certification(s), inventory, reporting, and analytics. Crew Member ($11 - $13.50)
