Now, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Receiving Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied. Your responsibilities will include:
- Verify invoices for pricing accuracy using Oracle systems
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Accounting team
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy
- Prioritize and organize urgent shipments with precision
- Store inventory efficiently, including use of our Modula vertical storage system
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with care and accuracy
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization
- Coordinate shipping logistics with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- A proactive mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Comfort lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook)
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience is a plus
- Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts (preferred, not required)
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Full-time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Flexibility to stay later when needed to support critical orders
