About this role:
As the Manager of Financial Consulting, you will be responsible for leading the financial consulting practice for all HUB Colorado’s Employee Benefits practice. The focus is to provide analytics, financial analysis, and return on investment solutions primarily to self-funded and ASO clients. In addition, you will also be responsible for managing all the Financial Consultants on your team.
You will work with or delegate team members to work with the various HUB Colorado offices, EB Sales Executives, Account Executives, and clients to assist with the delivery and presentation of cost management data and associated solutions that provide bottom line impact. You will play a consultative role in large prospect RFP presentations and client renewal presentations where and when appropriate.
Effectively manage daily expenses including marketing, promotional, training, phone, mailing costs, etc. to comply with budgeted projections for the Financial Consulting team
5 + years of experience in employee benefits consulting preferred, ideally with in-depth knowledge of various funding types, underwriting, pharmacy and stop loss contracts, as well as cost management solutions like direct provider contracts, value-based payments, onsite/near site clinics, and captives.

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 -$180,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
