Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Source candidates through diverse channels including social media management, job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling to generate a robust pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, applying best practices in interviewing techniques and employment law compliance to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates via Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems and external recruiting platforms like Lever or HRIS tools such as UltiPro or Kronos.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and C-suite executives on talent acquisition strategies, market trends analysis, and succession planning initiatives.
- Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring adherence to employment & labor law regulations.
- Lead recruitment projects involving clinical staff recruitment, HR sourcing, and external recruiting efforts to meet organizational staffing needs effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of all recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring metrics for reporting purposes.
- Must be able to attract great home care caregivers and get them to join our company.
Experience
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare or corporate settings.
- Strong familiarity with talent management systems such as Workday, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, or Taleo.
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates using social media management tools and talent acquisition platforms like Salesforce or HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Kronos.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law as it pertains to recruiting practices and contract negotiations.
- Experience managing teams of recruiters or collaborating with cross-functional HR teams on training & development initiatives.
- Skills in market trends analysis, employee relations, employee orientation programs, and HR sourcing strategies are highly desirable.
- Home care experience a plus but must be able to locate and hire key caregiver talent.

Pay: $55,526.13 - $65,000.00 per year
