What You’ll Do : Help oversee daily office operations Train and support team members Monitor reports, production goals, and office performance Help maintain consistency with systems, processes, and procedures ,Assist with workflow organization and accountability Support a positive, professional, customer-focused office culture Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Help problem-solve and keep the office moving efficiently
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations
- Provide excellent customer service to current and new customers.
- Help facilitate billing inquires and insurance claims.current
- Demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Run weekly and monthly reports and ensure quality control within operations
- Support office management tasks including onboarding new employees, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with company policie
Skills
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and life and Health license.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to quickly and easily learn and work with different computer systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the abiltiy to priortize tasks effeciently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client and staff interactions
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
