About the Role
As Clinic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of our Seattle clinic(s). You will lead a diverse team of Treatment Coordinators, Dental Assistants, and clinical staff — ensuring daily and weekly revenue targets are met, patient experience is exceptional, and our sales processes are followed with precision.
This is a hands-on management role for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational and financial performance across clinic locations
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team (sales, clinical, and support staff)
- Monitor daily and weekly revenue targets, closing rates, and conversion metrics
- Oversee clinic budget and resource allocation
- Ensure strict adherence to Impress sales processes and patient journey standards
- Manage work schedules, staffing, and on-site coordination
- Build strong patient relationships and resolve escalations
- Uphold compliance and hygiene standards at all times
- Partner with the Country Manager and HQ on performance reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience, ideally in a sales-driven or patient-facing environment
- Proven track record of leading and developing sales or service teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Results-oriented and autonomous — you own your numbers
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Fluent in English
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $65,000 – $90,000 per year
- Variable compensation paid quarterly, tied to sales performance, average ticket, clinical quality, and patient reviews — annual range $10,000–$18,000 (no cap on overachievement)
